Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in fleet maintenance management preferred, or a minimum of 3 years in a team leadership role within a metrics-driven environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • An Associate's or Technical School degree is preferred
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills are essential
  • A valid Driver's License is mandatory
  • Familiarity with computers, including Microsoft Office and web applications, is preferred
  • Ability to adhere to specific guidelines and safety regulations
  • Regular attendance is a crucial aspect of this role.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated area as needed
  • Compliance with background checks and drug screenings is required.

This position is subject to safety regulations, and the ability to maintain alertness and safety in the workplace is essential.
