As a Fleet Operations Supervisor, you will leverage your strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities to motivate your team of diesel technicians, foster a positive work environment, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing, scheduling, and evaluating vehicle maintenance activities, which encompass preventative, mechanical, and electrical repairs for various vehicles.
You will play a key role in the recruitment, training, and continuous development of maintenance technicians, ensuring that our skilled workforce meets the expectations of our clients.

All new supervisors in our maintenance division will participate in a training program designed to equip you with essential skills related to vehicle maintenance and management.
The training emphasizes effective team leadership and customer service excellence.Key Responsibilities:
- Assign and prioritize tasks to fulfill customer requirements
- Ensure the quality, compliance, and safety of fleet operations
- Manage repair costs, inventory, and labor expenses
- Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Mentor and guide technicians and customer service representatives
- Monitor team performance and workload
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- A strong desire to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- 3-5 years of experience in fleet maintenance management preferred, or a minimum of 3 years in a team leadership role within a metrics-driven environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- An Associate's or Technical School degree is preferred
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills are essential
- A valid Driver's License is mandatory
- Familiarity with computers, including Microsoft Office and web applications, is preferred
- Ability to adhere to specific guidelines and safety regulations
- Regular attendance is a crucial aspect of this role.
- Willingness to travel within the designated area as needed
- Compliance with background checks and drug screenings is required.
This position is subject to safety regulations, and the ability to maintain alertness and safety in the workplace is essential.
