Tax Office Supervisor

At H&R Block, we're looking for a highly skilled Associate Team Leader to join our team. As an Associate Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting the Multi-Unit Team Leader and ensuring that our tax offices operate smoothly during the busy tax season.
About the Role
- You will be responsible for leading daily activities to ensure that all tax office employees are scheduled and work is completed according to deadlines, with attention to quality standards, priorities, and overall goals.
- You will serve as point of contact for onsite escalated client service concerns and ensure clients are scheduled properly and conflicts are resolved.
- You will execute and hold all tax office employees accountable to operating procedures execution and client service experience, with escalation to the Multi-Unit Team Leader and management as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage the day-to-day operations of the tax office, ensuring that all employees are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to improve client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain open communication with the Multi-Unit Team Leader and other stakeholders to ensure that issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
- Prior experience working in customer service or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to plan and manage day-to-day office operations.
- Customer-centric mindset and strong communication skills.
- Computer proficient with the ability to use MS Office.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of $40,000 - 60,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
