Job Title: Corporate Accounting Manager

Staff Financial Group is seeking an experienced Corporate Accounting Manager to oversee all transactional accounting functions, including month-end close processes, general ledger maintenance, and financial statement preparation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, leadership skills, and proficiency in NetSuite and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of accounting staff members.
  • Lead month-end close processes and ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain the general ledger and prepare financial statements and reports.
  • Provide senior management with timely reviews of the organization's financial status.
  • Manage and optimize the functionality of accounting software, including NetSuite and Excel.
  • Assist in the preparation of company tax filings and coordinate external audits.
  • Lead the internal control function and safeguard company assets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of accounting management experience, preferably in the Consumer Products Goods industry.
  • Strong proficiency in NetSuite and advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience with inventory management and financial statement preparation.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and coach a team.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary Range: $125,000 - $135,000 +/- plus bonus.
