Key Responsibilities

  • Quality Management System: Oversee the establishment and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring it meets regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Provide expert guidance on compliance with applicable regulations, managing inspections and ensuring that corrective actions are effectively implemented.
  • Team Development: Lead and mentor the quality team, fostering professional growth and ensuring alignment with the organization’s quality objectives.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in quality roles within the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.
  • Proven track record in leading quality initiatives and managing complex quality systems.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and experience in managing compliance in a global context.
