Key Responsibilities- Safety and Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to OSHA requirements and safety programs, document weekly safety audits, and conduct daily safety meetings.
- Field Operations: Supervise installation, repair, modernization, and service activities for traction and hydraulic elevators and escalators, as well as selected projects in other locations.
- Team Management: Supervise field mechanics, crews, and MIC (working and non-working) for all assigned installation and modernization projects.
- Customer Satisfaction: Plan and coordinate installation activity with internal departments and customers, establish pre-mobilization requirements, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Logistics and Coordination: Directly plan and coordinate material deliveries with logistics section and other field installation personnel.
- Human Resources: Provide field manpower planning, manage human resources, and add or reduce manpower as required by workload.
- Project Performance: Ensure that all construction and modernization projects achieve or beat planned installation hours goals and meet customers' expectations.
- Service Field Activities: Manage service field activities to meet business plan objectives and meet or exceed customers' expectations.
- Continuous Improvement: Scrutinize completed projects for cost and hours performance, identify lessons learned, and incorporate new knowledge into day-to-day operations.
- Education and Experience: Proven successful track record of managing field installation activities, or equivalent experience in training and supporting installation activities.
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree beneficial or equivalent work experience, valid driver's license with acceptable driving record, and training in basic Microsoft Office skills.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between $104,000 and $143,000/year, with additional compensation and benefits, including commissions, incentive compensation, and discretionary awards, dependent on individual performance and company needs.
