We are seeking a qualified Healthcare Access Coordinator.

*$1,200 sign-on bonus available for new hires in this role. (Rehires who have been away for over a year are also eligible)

Hours: 32 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:
This position reports to the Practice Manager or designated representative. Responsibilities include patient check-in and check-out at assigned practices, managing various operational support tasks such as scheduling patient appointments, tests, and surgical procedures. You will greet patients, handle incoming calls, and perform various clerical and administrative duties. Flexibility to cover different offices as needed is required.

Qualifications:
Completion of a high school education or equivalent is mandatory.

Proficient computer and typing skills are essential.

Outstanding customer service and interpersonal abilities are required.

Strong organizational skills and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment are necessary.

One year of experience in a medical office setting or graduation from a medical secretary program is preferred.

Proof of full vaccination against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 is required, or a signed exemption statement for medical or personal reasons must be provided upon hiring.

Compensation:
USD $27.50 per hour.
