We are seeking a highly strategic and innovative individual to join our team as a Strategic Innovation Director, Beauty Tech Marketing. This role will be responsible for driving innovation programs within our Research and Innovation (R&I) North America organization, with a focus on Precision Beauty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and articulate strategic direction and roadmaps to steer innovation programs, in partnership with Application Domains and Development Laboratories.
  • Lead and transform strategic analysis, inclusive of consumer and market insights, to drive forward strategic projects.
  • Understand and anticipate consumer behaviors and attitudes, and identify new paradigms impacting the future of the category.
  • Influence and advise on R&I organization's strategic priorities, and lead the identification of new frontiers and growth opportunities.
  • Create disruptive innovation and game-changing ideas, and transform new consumer insight and foresight into winning ideas and innovation platforms.
  • Establish strong partnerships and collaborations with our ecosystem, including Innovation Direction, Consumer Market Insights, and business partners.
  • Leverage new ways of working and embed design thinking and consumer/business centricity into our ecosystem.
Requirements
  • At least [X] years of related experience in Beauty Tech, Consumer Goods, Devices, or a related field.
  • Either a successful previous experience in Beauty Tech, Consumer Goods, Devices, or a double degree in marketing and science, or demonstrated a strong level of interest and knowledge in marketing of technology.
  • Deep knowledge of competitive landscape, key trends, and consumer/market dynamics.
  • Aptitude and ability to identify market opportunities, key drivers, and growth.
