Elementary Education Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Elementary Teacher (K-4) to join our team at ReGeneration Schools in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a member of our educational community, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our students and helping them achieve academic excellence.
Responsibilities:- Implement engaging curricula and activities to meet academic standards and promote student growth.
- Design and use assessments to measure student progress and inform instructional practices.
- Collaborate with colleagues to determine instructional and social needs of students, ensuring their success and well-being.
- Participate in curriculum development, grade-level activities, and school-wide functions to foster a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Model and encourage appropriate student behavior, such as grit, self-control, and social intelligence.
- Work with the school team to evaluate and improve instructional, culture-building, and leadership skills.
- Maintain a well-organized and disciplined classroom environment that promotes student learning.
- Ensure students graduate ready for the next academic level and are held accountable for their mastery of academic standards.
- Communicate effectively with students, families, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive community.
- Valid Ohio State License or substitute license required (actively applying accepted).
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution required.
- 1-5 years of teaching experience preferred.
- Strong content knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
