About the Role:The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide medical services and patient care to individuals admitted to our facilities and throughout their treatment journey. This role requires a strong understanding of addiction medicine and behavioral health, as well as excellent communication skills to work effectively with our team.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent medical care to patients, adhering to the company's philosophy and standards.
- Screen for co-occurring mental health issues and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Analyze and interpret data to determine treatment recommendations and priorities.
- Document patient care and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with the medical director and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Graduated from an accredited Nursing Master's Program with a Family Nurse Practitioner or higher degree.
- Experience in addiction medicine and behavioral health.
- Familiarity with ASAM/ASAM Criteria and other relevant healthcare standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
