Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Nursing with a focus on Nurse Practitioner education.
  • Current state RN license and NP certification.
  • Access to reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in primary care, home-based medical care, geriatrics, or palliative care.
  • Knowledge of long-term care, community resources, and cost-effective alternatives.
  • Proficiency in CPT, ICD-10, and HCPC codes.
