Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and resolve issues related to automated systems, including vertical lifts and robotic vehicles.
  • Effectively convey technical information to site personnel and clients.
  • Record and communicate system challenges to engineering teams, collaborating on effective resolutions.
  • Provide training and support to operators regarding system and IT-related challenges.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance system efficiency.
  • Engage in continuous improvement efforts while ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, software engineering, computer science, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience with automated systems.
  • Proficiency in PLC, robotics, and programming languages such as SQL, Linux, and Python.
  • Practical experience with robotics and electro-mechanical systems.
  • Capability to perform under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments.
