About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Medical Imaging Specialist to join our team in Washington, D.C.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will work as a CT Technologist, utilizing their expertise to produce high-quality medical images for diagnosis and treatment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce detailed images of the body's internal structures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatments
  • Maintain a safe and efficient working environment, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and experience

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in CT scanning
  • At least 2 years of experience in medical imaging, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
