Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and administering all aspects of rehabilitation services for our communities, as well as maintaining a clinical caseload.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clinical caseload and provide high-quality therapy services to residents.
  • Develop and implement rehabilitation programs that meet the needs of our residents and communities.
  • Supervise and mentor rehabilitation staff to ensure they are providing the highest level of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Monitor and report on rehabilitation services, including metrics and outcomes.
  • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance rehabilitation services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in rehabilitation services.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in an allied health field, Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree, or a Master's Degree.
  • Valid state professional licensure.
  • Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development.
