Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring for effectiveness and response
- Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accurate ordering, receiving, storing, and disposal in accordance with policies and procedures
- Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, taking follow-up action as necessary
- Perform additional duties as required, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing program
- Current MN Nursing license
- CPR preferred but not required
- Strong people and communication skills, with a desire to care for the older population and others in need
