About the Role

Cassia is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Moose Lake Village. As a RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring for effectiveness and response
  • Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, ensuring accurate ordering, receiving, storing, and disposal in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Notify Clinical Manager, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, taking follow-up action as necessary
  • Perform additional duties as required, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited Nursing program
  • Current MN Nursing license
  • CPR preferred but not required
  • Strong people and communication skills, with a desire to care for the older population and others in need
