    Position Overview
    The Production Print Room Lead will report directly to the Manufacturing Manager and will oversee the preparation and management of design files, as well as the operation and upkeep of flatbed printing equipment.

    Key Responsibilities
    ? Prepare and optimize files for printing
    ? Design layouts for each order to serve as a reference
    ? Operate and maintain flatbed printers efficiently
    ? Conduct inspections and clean materials prior to the printing process
    ? Manage inventory of printer room supplies
    ? Collaborate with printer vendors for troubleshooting
    ? Schedule maintenance technicians as needed
    ? Review printed materials for quality assurance and defects

    Required Qualifications
    • Experience in Graphic Design
    • Proficiency in large format flatbed printing
    • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
    • Dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently
    • Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
    • Adaptable to work across various departments as required
    • High school diploma or equivalent work experience

    This role offers approximately 16-24 hours of work per week at a competitive pay rate of $24 per hour.
