Your Role and Responsibilities

Your Impact

As a General Manager at CRG, your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and sustain a positive environment for both staff and guests. You will oversee all Front of House (FOH) personnel, manage food and labor costs, and ensure consistency and quality in both food and service. You will be an essential part of the CRG team and will report directly to executive staff, while also participating in service shifts.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Supervision: Lead all FOH staff and foster team engagement through:

  • Assigning tasks to team members
  • Providing ongoing coaching with constructive feedback
  • Maintaining accurate employee documentation
  • Conducting performance evaluations and setting goals
  • Collaborating with the executive team to meet staff training objectives
  • Creating FOH schedules considering labor costs, business needs, and employee performance
  • Interviewing candidates and working with HR on hiring and onboarding

Guest Experience: Uphold CRG's hospitality standards by:

  • Being an expert on CRG's hospitality protocols and consistently educating staff
  • Understanding CRG's service model and online ordering system
  • Engaging in on-the-floor service, especially during peak hours
  • Proactively assisting and interacting with guests
  • Leading the resolution of customer complaints
  • Ensuring consistency and quality control across all food and beverage offerings

Daily Operations: Streamline operational processes by:

  • Implementing company-wide procedures and operational standards
  • Resolving technical issues calmly and effectively
  • Overseeing safety and sanitation standards for food and employee hygiene
  • Identifying and addressing maintenance and repair needs
  • Educating staff on proper clock-in procedures and adjusting times as necessary
  • Collaborating with the Head of Purchasing for inventory needs

Leadership: Demonstrate effective leadership daily by:

  • Exhibiting professionalism, composure, and empathy
  • Practicing accountability
  • Conducting monthly management meetings to assess store and staff needs
  • Taking responsibility for personal and team development
  • Participating in additional management meetings as required
  • Acting as a liaison between BOH and FOH management teams

What You Bring:

  • Minimum of 2 years of management experience
  • Strong supervision and mentorship capabilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Desire for personal growth and openness to feedback
  • Experience working with diverse teams
  • Conversational Spanish skills are a plus, but not mandatory
