Position Overview:
Kettering Health is a non-profit healthcare organization comprising 13 medical centers and over 120 outpatient facilities dedicated to serving the southwest Ohio community. Our mission is to enhance the healthcare experience by delivering exceptional care throughout every phase of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute all cleaning and maintenance tasks within the facility.
- Demonstrate the ability to organize, initiate tasks, and complete them with minimal supervision.
- Exhibit strong attendance, a positive attitude, effective communication skills, reliability, creativity, and a sense of ownership in all assigned duties.
- Anticipate the needs of all stakeholders, showing genuine concern for patients, families, visitors, and colleagues.
- Must possess a high school diploma.
- Ability to read and write in English is required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in housekeeping or environmental services is highly desirable.
- Candidates should possess outstanding personal standards of customer service.
