Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to faculty, staff, and students with desktop, laptop, mobile, and tablet devices.
  • Install, manage, and repair network, telecommunications, and audio/video equipment.
  • Perform data entry and processing, inventory, delivery, and setup of IT equipment.
  • Assist with the installation and maintenance of digital signs and video capture systems.
  • Provide support for iPads and other iOS devices.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to climb ladders and work in overhead tight spaces.
  • Good communication skills for working with diverse faculty, students, and staff.
  • Experience working with Windows and/or Mac computer systems, as well as iOS devices.
  • Basic understanding or experience in one of the following fields: audio/video solutions, video capture, digital signs, or iPads.
Work Environment:

This is a temporary part-time position, working between 15-20 hours per week in a minimum of 2 hour segments between the hours of 7am-5pm, Monday through Friday, and occasionally evenings and weekends.
