Veterinary Assistant Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Veterinary Assistant to support our team of veterinarians and technicians in providing exceptional patient care and service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for patients.
  • Prepare surgical suites and patients for procedures.
  • Fill prescriptions and perform laboratory work and diagnostic imaging.
  • Provide compassionate care and a safe environment for boarded and hospitalized pets.

Client Education:

We are a 5-doctor practice with a commitment to providing high-quality veterinary medicine and patient care. Our clinic hours are Monday-Friday with rotational Saturday, and we offer competitive wages, health insurance, 401(k), and generous pet discounts.
