About the Role

As an Assistant Manager of International Flight Operations at United Airlines, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our global flight operations. This position reports directly to the Senior Manager - International Flight Operations and is responsible for supporting the team in providing pilots with the necessary information and tools to operate safely, comfortably, on-time, and efficiently around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Senior Manager - International Flight Operations in developing and implementing strategies to improve flight operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
  • Provide guidance and training to pilots on new procedures and policies
  • Monitor and analyze flight performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including pilots, dispatchers, and other operational teams
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of international flight operations and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in a similar role or in a related field
