Creative Artisan

At Golden Goose, we're seeking a talented Artist to join our team as an In-Store Artisan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional in-store experience by inspiring our customers through artistic customization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your artistic abilities to create a unique and engaging in-store experience that exceeds customer expectations.
• Develop a deep understanding of the Golden Goose brand and values, and effectively communicate this to customers through storytelling.
• Provide expert product knowledge and accurately describe items and customization options to customers.
• Anticipate and cater to customer needs with empathy and a high level of customized customer service.
• Collaborate with customers to co-create special and unique items through the 'LAB Experience'.
• Stay up-to-date on product information and participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to Golden Goose procedures, policies, and guidance for all activities, including co-creation.
• Travel to Sneaker Maker Tour events as needed to represent the brand and engage with customers.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in luxury retail with a focus on artistic skills.
• Strong artistic skillset, including painting, drawing, sketching, and doodling.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
• Excellent customer focus with strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong team player with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues.
• Other languages a plus, but not required.
