About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Content and Project Manager Assistant to join our Business Insurance team at US012 Marsh & McLennan Agency LLC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting a variety of interesting projects, including content migration, maintenance, and development, as well as internal communications and event planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the migration of national intranet content from Salesforce to SharePoint
  • Maintain existing and support new content in SharePoint
  • Support all aspects of internal communications, including monthly newsletters, Microsoft Teams collaboration, and presentation materials
  • Develop and deliver virtual training programs for employees
  • Analyze content and communication usage statistics and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Plan and coordinate internal meetings, including hotel blocks, meal catering, and restaurant reservations
  • Support post-webinar outreach to sales teams and schedule national virtual meetings in Zoom

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience in the insurance industry)
  • Strong Microsoft skill set, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Self-starter with ability to juggle multiple priorities and strong problem-solving and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Pardot marketing automation tool in Salesforce for internal communications
  • Experience working in Smartsheet for collaboration and project management
  • Adobe Photoshop/Graphic Design skills for professional content and presentations
  • Basic property and casualty insurance knowledge
