Position Summary:
The Automotive Recall Engagement Specialist will be tasked with efficiently managing a designated territory to ensure the successful completion of cases related to critical initiatives, such as Takata airbag recalls, for targeted vehicles within their assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct field canvassing and face-to-face interactions at specified locations to finalize cases with the necessary documentation.
  • Utilize the MarketSource Dashboard to monitor case assignments and closures.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned initiatives.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding available incentives, benefits, and programs related to the initiatives.
  • Document and upload all required information in accordance with specified guidelines.
  • Employ mapping and route optimization tools to enhance productivity.
  • Educate consumers on the critical importance of recalls and initiatives.
  • Address consumer hesitance and resistance to successfully close cases.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and field team members.
  • Perform investigative work to verify the accuracy of reported outcomes.
  • Utilize databases and resources to gather supporting documentation.
  • Conduct follow-up communications to validate contact information and schedule appointments.
  • Record research outcomes in designated databases as directed.

  • Ability to work independently in the field with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comfortable presenting to diverse audiences, including business personnel and community leaders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are preferred.

Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in the industry.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary for performing essential functions within the assigned area.
  • Valid Driver's License is required.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to enter and exit a vehicle frequently.
  • Regularly ascend and descend stairs.
  • Occasionally lift objects weighing up to twenty pounds.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
