As an Ambulatory Nurse II, you will be working in a dynamic and collaborative environment with a team of healthcare professionals who share your commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

**About the Role:** This is a full-time position with a schedule of 8:30am-5pm, Monday through Friday. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:

* Provide individualized care based on physical, psychosocial, cultural, educational, safety, and age-appropriate considerations of assigned patients

* Collaborate with the interprofessional healthcare team to facilitate the coordination of care across the continuum

* Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to identify potential and actual problems and opportunities to provide care that is safe, timely, efficient, effective, and equitable

**Estimated Salary Range:** $75,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
