Job Summary:The Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU) will provide direct patient care, oversee the provision of care during assigned shifts, and serve as a resource to direct care staff. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and a passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and developing and implementing individualized care plans.
- Oversee the provision of care during assigned shifts, ensuring that patients receive high-quality, compassionate care.
- Serve as a resource to direct care staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Collaborate with the DON to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote high-quality patient care.
- Graduate of an accredited RN program.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
- Experience working in an ICU setting preferred.
