Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including medication administration, wound care, and other interventions as needed.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop and implement individualized care plans to address these needs.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote independence and self-care.
  • Document patient progress and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements:
  • Active and current license to practice as a professional registered nurse (RN) in the state of NJ.
  • One year of clinical experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
  • Calm and reassuring presence, active listening skills, excellent assessment skills, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
