- Coordinate interview scheduling and virtual interviews, ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
- Manage the offer process, including drafting new hire offer letters and obtaining business approvals.
- Lead the onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience for new hires and managers.
- Verify new hire documents and complete necessary I-9 forms according to federal laws.
- Initiate global background check processes and coordinate with new hires on obtaining necessary documentation.
- 2-3 years of recruitment support experience.
- Experience with a fast-paced organization, supporting all aspects of the recruitment process.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System, preferably iCIMS.
- Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Ensuring confidentiality with all sensitive matters and maintaining professionalism and a positive demeanor.
We offer a competitive salary range of $54,000 to $70,000 annually, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. We also offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
