Description
Nemacolin is seeking dedicated, polite, and professional individuals who can deliver exceptional customer service while efficiently directing all incoming calls to the correct extensions. The Customer Service Representative will oversee and manage all information requests and the morning wake-up calls log, as well as respond to inquiries regarding facilities and activities, including directions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Promptly and efficiently answer incoming calls utilizing appropriate telephone etiquette.
2. Transfer calls to the correct extensions.
3. Conduct daily morning wake-up calls and handle requests for information via phone inquiries.
4. Address general reservation inquiries.
5. Provide information regarding resort outlet hours, activities, and directions.
6. Direct guest needs to the appropriate departments.
7. Screen all outgoing calls from the switchboard.
8. Maintain updated guest messages to ensure accurate communication.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
2. Candidates must be available to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
3. Fluency in English is required.
