In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and evaluating the care of assigned patients based on their individual needs. You will work closely with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans, ensuring that each patient receives the highest level of care possible.

To succeed in this position, you must have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices. A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse is required, with a focus on ambulatory care. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
