Job Overview

MVP Recovery is a leading provider of comprehensive recovery programs in the region, and we are currently seeking a skilled Administrative Case Manager to join our team in Chester County.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting our clients on their recovery journey, providing a dynamic patient-centered approach to SUD treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine supportive services for each client
  • Coordinate necessary services, including housing assistance, funding for treatment, health insurance, and employment support
  • Develop and implement daily routines for clients throughout all stages of recovery
  • Provide education, screening, and referral for communicable diseases
  • Act as a liaison between clients and other providers to ensure seamless care
  • Accurately document interactions and sessions with clients
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong professional boundaries
