We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our interdisciplinary team at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health Rehabilitation Hospital. As a Rehabilitation Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission to maximize the health, function, and quality of life of those we serve.
About the RoleAs a Registered Nurse in our Rehabilitation Hospital, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery. You will also have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.

- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
- CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred
- Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills

We are accredited by The Joint Commission and CARF-accredited for our Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program and Stroke Specialty Program. Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey, with a focus on maximizing their health, function, and quality of life.
