Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team at the State of Minnesota. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will provide integrated mental health care and social work services to patients, conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments, and develop treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based crisis intervention psychotherapy as an independent practitioner
  • Facilitate patient and family education, as well as weekly group therapy
  • Maintain effective relations with community providers
  • Prepare aftercare plans outlining clients' courses through treatment and needs/resources in the community
  • Facilitate active treatment team meetings
Requirements
  • Master's or doctorate in psychology, social work, behavior analysis, or related field
  • Licensure/Certification in the State of Minnesota as an independent behavioral health professional as an LICSW
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures
