Automotive Office Manager Role Description

The Gerald Auto Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Office Manager to lead their office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the office and ensuring that all tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing financial reports and ensuring accuracy.
  • Collaborating with office staff to complete tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Working closely with the General Manager to manage cash and expenses effectively.
  • Protecting company assets and maintaining internal controls.
  • Submitting timely financial reports to stakeholders.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive office management.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • A strong sense of professionalism and work ethic.
  • Experience with Dealertrack DMS is preferred.
