Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple project components and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to coordinate project needs and ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
  • Process and analyze construction documents, submittals, RFIs, pay applications, and correspondence.
  • Administer administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, faxing, and meeting documentation.
  • Travel between Collier and Lee Counties as required.
Requirements
  • 4-year degree in a construction-related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience with a commercial general contractor or construction management firm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
