Job Overview

The Automated Warehouse Material Handler plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate fulfillment of customer orders. This position is responsible for retrieving and stacking specific products and quantities as specified on the pick ticket/computer screen, while maintaining a safe, accurate, and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in case picking and sorting within the automated environment using computers, software, and complex machines, adhering to established safety procedures and policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to coordinate and organize efficient and dependable warehouse processes.
  • Adapt to the needs of the role and maintain knowledge of working in different work areas throughout the workday, including HQS, Semi-Automated Lanes, Pallet Pick, and Flow Rack.
  • Assist in daily housekeeping and maintenance of the warehouse, including keeping the work area free of trash and debris, and cleaning any type of spillage.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere while walking and repetitively lifting 30 lbs.
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
  • Ability to collaborate within a team environment and coordinate efficient and dependable warehouse processes.
  • Ability to adapt to the needs of the role in different work areas throughout the workday and meet minimum expectations of those different work areas.
Working Environment

This position requires the ability to work in a noisy and non-climate-controlled environment. Employees will be expected to utilize screens, monitors, and devices to pick accurately and within a given sequence.
