About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Palliative Care physician to join our team in Edmonds, Washington. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced inpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with serious illnesses
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements

  • Board certification or eligibility in Palliative Care
  • Experience working in a palliative care setting (inpatient preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $252,644 and $327,660. Benefits include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, and extra shift incentives. Providers may also have CME benefits available to them.
