Continuous Improvement Specialist

Graver Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Continuous Improvement Intern to join our Manufacturing Team. As a key member of our team, you will support our Continuous Improvement activities, driving lean processes, enhancing automation, and executing various CI initiatives. This opportunity provides hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, reporting directly to our Manager of Continuous Improvement, and the chance to apply theoretical knowledge to real-world challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement experiments and tests to gather manufacturing data
- Analyze data and present findings to team members
- Support capital and construction projects by executing tasks and sub-projects
- Develop and present a formal project report to site leadership
- Perform other duties as required
- Demonstrated ability in general laboratory techniques and/or engineering
- Experience with data analysis and mathematical calculations
- Ability to follow plant and laboratory safety procedures
- Knowledge of computer software such as MS Excel and Word; CAD experience is a plus
- Ability to lift 20+ lbs. on occasion
- Currently enrolled in an accredited BS Industrial or Mechanical Engineering program (or similar) with two or more years completed
