This position requires effective collaboration with the Senior SharePoint Developer and direct reporting to the project lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Dashboard and Report Development:
    • Analyze business requirements to design robust data models.
    • Create and implement visual representations to deliver actionable insights.
    • Develop and sustain dashboards and reports with intuitive user interfaces.
  2. Data Management:
    • Oversee data sets, ensuring accuracy and readiness for analysis.
    • Conduct data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) as necessary.
    • Establish data governance protocols to uphold data integrity.
  3. Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Engage with business analysts, project managers, and data scientists to ascertain their data requirements.
    • Convert business needs into technical specifications and deliver appropriate solutions.
    • Facilitate stakeholder communication to ensure project alignment.
  4. Data Accuracy Assurance:
    • Confirm the accuracy and reliability of data presented in dashboards and reports.
    • Implement quality assurance measures and resolve any data discrepancies.
    • Regularly audit and refresh reports to ensure they convey timely and precise information.
Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in Power BI development, including dashboard and report creation.
  • Strong grasp of data modeling, ETL processes, and data management principles.
  • Expertise in DAX and Power Query for data manipulation and visualization.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail regarding data accuracy.

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of SharePoint and its integration with Power BI.
