Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Payments Data Analyst to join our team at Peapod Digital Labs. As a key member of our payments team, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights and analytics to support our electronic customer payment transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support reporting, analytics, and business insights for all customer payment types
  • Develop and maintain governance structures and ROI reviews for current and new payment types, processors, and fraud/auth tools
  • Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for electronic customer payment transactions
  • Analyze market and competitive data to develop and execute current and new payment methods
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive payments strategy and enable better collaboration and sharing of best practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the payment industry
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong analytical skills
  • Strategic planning, negotiation, and vendor relationship experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong Power BI Analytics skills
  • Experience working as a data steward and knowledge of data modeling and management techniques
  • Deeply curious and data-driven with a positive and entrepreneurial mindset
