Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our apartment communities, including leasing, maintenance, and customer service.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue growth.
    • Manage budgets and ensure that expenses are controlled and within budget.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and train a team of leasing and maintenance staff to ensure that they are providing excellent service to our residents.
    • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our residents receive exceptional service and that their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve resident satisfaction and retention.
  • Marketing and Leasing
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and increase occupancy rates.
    • Manage the leasing process, including showing apartments, processing applications, and conducting move-in inspections.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage budgets and ensure that expenses are controlled and within budget.
    • Prepare and submit financial reports to management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property management, leasing, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in property management software and systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications
    • Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) certification.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English and Spanish (or other languages as required by the community).
