Position Overview
Join FullBloom as the Director of Partnerships - Special Education. This role is integral to our Catapult Learning K-12 division, where you will be responsible for cultivating new business relationships and enhancing existing partnerships. You will report directly to the Senior Director of School Partnerships.
Core Responsibilities
- Sales Cycle Oversight: Manage the sales cycle for In-District Classroom (IDC) solutions within your designated territory.
- Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Proposals Teams to align strategies.
- Target Identification: Identify and engage potential clients for IDC sales initiatives.
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive sales plan aimed at attractive prospects.
- Proposal Leadership: Lead the crafting of compelling sales proposals to secure partnerships.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders in the education sector.
- Account Strategy Execution: Execute strategies designed to generate new business opportunities.
- Strategic Planning Participation: Engage in regular planning sessions to discuss growth strategies.
- Market Research: Analyze and identify promising markets that align with our service offerings.
Qualifications
- A minimum of eight years of experience in sales within K-12 educational solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of K-12 and Special Education purchasing processes.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals in the K-12 sector.
- Experience in motivating and managing sales teams to drive performance.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and sales pipeline management.
- Proven ability to foster relationships with public school administrators.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills.
This position is remote with required travel. Compensation includes a competitive salary along with commission opportunities.
