Job Title: System Engineer Analyst Level 2

We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer Analyst Level 2 to join our team at Net Vision Consultants, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and developing CONOPS and plans for operational scenarios supporting IP and non-IP network infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain CONOPS and plans for operational scenarios supporting IP and non-IP network infrastructures.
  • Work independently and utilize Systems Engineering Analyst tools (Wireshark, Reno ir, and/or Agency tools/databases) to diagnose network protocols and incorporate into CONOPs.
  • Serve as a mentor to other System Engineering Analysts, guiding mission planning and evaluation of tool capabilities, and communicating engineering requirements to meet objectives supporting the Agency's analytic framework.
  • Assess risk and define engineering requirements based on scenario within CONOP.
  • Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback.
  • Comply with project plans and industry standards.
  • Ensure systems are updated with latest features.
Requirements:
  • TS/SCI w/ Poly.
  • Eight (8) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity within the Federal Government.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university.
  • A technical certification in any of the following: CTNS, Security+, CCNA, CEH, SSCP, GSEC, SCNP, SCNA, ClSA, GSE, CISM, or ClSSP.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Extensive understanding of military planning and integration associated with the three pillars of Computer Network Operations.
  • Ability to document requirements and specifications.
  • Critical Thinker and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Thorough understanding of the latest security principles, techniques, and protocols.
  • Strong teaming skills and experience working with multiple agencies/organizations on systems analysis, protocol analysis, hardware design & implementation, and infrastructure support.
