Job Summary:

Join our team of passionate Snowsports instructors at Vail Resorts and experience the thrill of teaching guests of all ages how to ski or snowboard. As a Ski or Snowboard Instructor, you will deliver high-quality instruction to groups and individuals, providing exceptional guest service in a safe and fun environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages, with a focus on children
  • Deliver world-class guest service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest
  • Create a safe and fun learning environment, adapting to the needs of each guest
  • Support the snow sports school by assisting with tasks such as scanning, running surface lifts, and facilitating lunch
  • Provide constructive feedback to guests, inspiring them to become lifelong skiers and riders
  • Other duties as assigned by the snow sports school management

Requirements:

  • Must be comfortable and competent skiing or riding on groomed blue terrain
  • Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
  • Must be comfortable wearing ski boots for extended periods
