  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of engaging a remote, diverse audience.
  • Experience in creating and leading exercises that promote team trust, communication, and conflict resolution.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with federal agencies or in a technical or scientific environment.
