Job Description:
We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Nephrology Nurse Specialist to provide high-quality home dialysis therapies to patients in need.
As a Nephrology Nurse Specialist, you'll play a vital role in administering home dialysis treatments, monitoring patient's vital signs, and educating patients and their families about dialysis procedures and self-care.
You'll collaborate with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate patient records and optimal patient care.
Responsibilities:
Administer home dialysis treatments, including peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis. Monitor patient's vital signs, blood chemistry, and overall health. Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures and self-care. Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Current appropriate state nursing license. Current CPR BLS Certification. Minimum of 1 year of Nephrology Nursing experience in the last two years. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Home Dialysis Therapies Registered Nurse.
