Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care in line with established policies and protocols.
- Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions effectively.
- Evaluate and adjust care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
- Coordinate care among various healthcare disciplines.
- Administer medications and treatments as per nursing protocols.
- Ensure proper discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Education Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
Certifications Required:
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).

Work Experience:
- Minimum one year of acute care RN experience in a hospital setting.
