Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct nursing care in line with established policies and protocols.
  • Monitor, document, and communicate patient conditions effectively.
  • Evaluate and adjust care plans to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Coordinate care among various healthcare disciplines.
  • Administer medications and treatments as per nursing protocols.
  • Ensure proper discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team.

Education Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.

Certifications Required:

Work Experience:
