We're seeking a highly skilled Patient Service Representative to join our Family Medicine office in Rowley, MA. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and providing exceptional patient experiences.
Job SummaryThe Patient Service Representative will be responsible for scheduling appointments, checking in patients, collecting co-payments, and assisting with pre-visit paperwork. You'll also be responsible for fielding incoming telephone calls, monitoring patient flow, and providing general support to practice leadership and clinicians.
Responsibilities- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Check in patients, collect co-payments, and assist with pre-visit paperwork
- Field incoming telephone calls and triage appropriately
- Monitor patient waiting room activity and provide general support to practice leadership and clinicians
We're looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences. A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a community-based medical practice is preferred, as is experience with Epic.
