Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team at SSP America, our Coffee Specialists play a crucial role in crafting, serving, and selling exceptional beverages to our patrons. Recognizing the significance of a quality caffeine experience for travelers, we seek individuals who are passionate about coffee and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Accurately process orders and input them into the POS system.
- Handle customer payments and provide change as necessary.
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of hot, cold, and frozen beverages, along with a selection of food items.
- Adhere to recipes and practice portion control to ensure quality and presentation of all items.
- Complete required opening, ongoing, and closing checklists.
- Conduct general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as directed by supervisors to maintain health standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
