Job Summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented Route Relief Driver to join our team. As a Route Relief Driver, you will be responsible for driving and providing services to customers on designated routes in your community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive a 26' bobtail truck to deliver laundry and/or uniforms to customer's place of business.
  • Collect or pick up rejected or unsold laundry and/or uniforms, load/unload truck.
  • Develop and maintain customer goodwill by providing assistance, demonstrating interest, devoting time, and practicing courtesy.
  • Conduct business in a professional manner to minimize or eliminate customer complaints.
  • Listen to and resolve service complaints, maintain inventory, and follow company policies.
  • Collect money from customers, make change, and record transactions on customer invoices.
  • Issue or obtain customer signature on invoices for pickup or delivery.
  • Record delivery and inventory information on daily invoices.
  • Clean inside of the truck and perform routine maintenance.
  • Attend training and service department meetings.
Requirements
  • Must have sales and customer service experience.
  • Must have a clean driver's license.
  • Must be able to drive a 26' bobtail truck.
  • Must be comfortable loading/unloading your own truck with up to 50 LBS bags of linen daily.
  • Must pass the drug tests and clinic physical.
