Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Relief Driver to join our team. As a Relief Driver, you will be responsible for safely operating a collection truck, providing prompt and courteous service to our customers, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a collection truck along a designated route, reading route sheets and following maps to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Collect and dispose of waste materials in accordance with company procedures and regulations.
  • Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, responding to their needs and concerns.
  • Perform pre- and post-operation inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with company policies.
  • Complete vehicle condition reports and other required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Class B or higher Commercial Driver's license with air brakes endorsement.
  • Two years of prior experience driving commercial trucks preferred.
  • Good customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to adhere to company policies and regulations, and promote a safe and respectful work environment.
